About The Sabbath Mission
Our Mission

The Sabbath Mission is a saving mission to "break free”.
What is the SABBATH? It is rest, or break, or nothing, or zero.
The Sabbath Mission is also a hope mission, a grace mission, a healing mission, a favor mission, a relief mission, a restoration mission, a recovery mission, a reset mission, a re-creation mission, a come unity mission, a come union mission, a love mission and a caring mission. All this was made possible by a point in time and length called the 7th. It's therefore, a perfection mission and a completion mission.
The 7th-day Sabbath is foundational to the 7 day weekly cycle without which there will not be a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday etc. The Sabbath which means rest, or nothing, or zero, is also the very basis of worship or spirituality and fellowship or social relationships and also foundational to science, technology, language, music, math and therefore, the entire Creation itself.
Can we "sabbath" together for a better world now, and that which is to come? If yes, please join us in this exciting venture called the Sabbath Mission that has been launched.
Our History
We have been serving the community for over 12 years through HopeSide Community Church (HopeSide.org), which is the parent organization, providing a space for people to come together and connect. We believe in the transformative power of faith that is reflected in the 7th day Sabbath, which has been very specially created by God our Creator as a perpetual point in time for all mankind to meet with Him week after week for a special public worship encounter or communion. We believe that the world will greatly benefit to know about the great and profound truths that are embedded in the Sabbath principle that is applicable to everything and everyday living.
How did the "Sabbath Mission" come into being?
This mission was born because a certain young Catholic lady and her entire family and also a Catholic pastor embraced the Sabbath truth in February 2024 in very remarkable circumstances which can only be attributed to the Lord's leading and doing. Read more about this in the blog section.
